Sourav Ganguly plans to monitor the Bengal players’ performance and make them more accountable during the ensuing domestic season.
At the coaching committee meeting on Wednesday, of which he’s the chairman, Sourav has suggested that the selectors, the coach and the captain assess the players’ performance with the coaching committee after every two matches. This will apply for the Ranji Trophy and other domestic tournaments.
