Probably the most-photographed sportsperson on this earth after Muhammad Ali, Pele touched down in the city on Sunday morning.
Pele will have a hectic schedule from Monday morning. First there will be an interaction with students of NSHM Knowledge Campus. In the afternoon, he will be meeting the Atletico de Kolkata players and then, in the evening, he will walk down the memory lane at Eden Gardens, where his team New York Cosmos played a 2-2 draw in the exhibition match against Mohun Bagan. Pele will also reunite with the Mohun Bagan 'Class of 77' who will be felicitated at the Netaji Indoor Stadium in the 'Legend's Nite' where he will also interact with Sourav Ganguly.
A.R. Rahman and chief minister Mamata Banerjee are slated to join Pele, while Rafael Nadal is also scheduled to join the show through a video conference.
